Mike is a combat veteran and former U.S. Marine Special Operations leader with extensive expertise in global security operations, counterterrorism, and intelligence integration. Over his career, he has directed complex, high-risk security programs for U.S. government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, and ultra-high-net-worth family offices, developing frameworks that protect people, assets, and reputations worldwide.
A licensed Texas investigator and security consultant with Top Secret SCI clearance, Mike has served as an advisor to the National Threat Center, FBI, and U.S. Secret Service, earning recognition for his work in crisis management, behavioral threat assessment, and protective strategy. His hands-on experience and leadership in high-stakes environments bring a critical layer of real-world insight to SafeHaven’s mission of building resilient, technology-enabled security solutions that safeguard communities across the nation.
David Pittman
David serves as President, and formerly Chief Financial Officer, at the Bennett Family of Companies, where he has helped guide the organization through growth and transformation over more than 15 years of leadership. A respected executive known for his strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and steady optimism, David has been instrumental in shaping Bennett’s long-term success and operational strength.
Prior to joining Bennett, he held senior roles with ASIG, Delta Air Lines, and Delta Technology, bringing decades of experience in aviation, logistics, and finance. A graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration, David is also deeply engaged in his community, serving with organizations such as the Henry County Rotary, Hands of Hope Clinic, and the Boy Scouts of America.
Kenny Feld
Kenny is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with over 35 years of experience driving growth, operational redesign, and digital enablement across large corporate, private equity-backed, and founder-led organizations. A former McKinsey & Company consultant, turnaround executive and 2x founder, he has advised Fortune 500 and middle-market companies on aligning leadership teams, reshaping operating models, and unlocking value creation.
Through his private advisory practice, Kenny partners with executives to bridge strategy and execution, leveraging data, AI, and practical leadership to achieve lasting impact. His broad perspective and hands-on approach have been instrumental in helping shape SafeHaven’s organizational strategy and community mission.
Ray Gary
With more than 35 years of experience spanning product development, business growth, and early-stage venture leadership, Ray is a proven entrepreneur and strategist who has built and led organizations across multiple industries. As CEO of Avid, he is driving a wave of innovation in the nonprofit technology sector, transforming how fundraisers connect with donors and accelerate their missions through data-driven insight and automation.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Ray’s career reflects a deep commitment to leveraging technology, leadership, and purposeful innovation to create meaningful impact. Cole Springer
A Ranger-qualified U.S. Army officer with the 101st Airborne Division, Cole built his leadership foundation in high-pressure environments that demanded precision, adaptability, and trust. After his military service, he joined Deloitte as a strategy consultant, leading business transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and helping organizations integrate technology, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth.
An Ivy League graduate and former collegiate football player, Cole also earned his MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. His involvement in SafeHaven reflects a shared commitment to protecting American communities through proactive, technology-driven solutions. Drawing on his background in strategy, operations, and organizational transformation, Cole helps shape SafeHaven’s vision as a modern, mission-focused organization dedicated to community safety and resilience.
Tim Hadden
Tim is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, and technology operations. As Chief Operating Officer of the Transportation Group and Chief Information Officer at the Bennett Family of Companies, he has been instrumental in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and enterprise modernization.
A strong advocate for technology-enabled transformation, Tim focuses on leveraging data and automation to enhance safety, performance, and connectivity across Bennett’s nationwide operations.
